What kind of shape should I be in?

We have people of all shapes and sizes join the fun! For those who would rather take it at their own pace, we offer a 1-mile walk too!

Are dogs allowed?

Pets are permitted at The Pride Run, but they should be well-behaved and on a leash at all times, and you accept full responsibility for your pet and its actions including the liability of your pet being present.

What if there is bad weather?

The safety of our guests is our #1 priority. In event of inclement weather, or situations that may pose a threat to our guests, the Race Director reserves the authority to postpone, or cancel the event. In this situation, please refer to our official Registration Policies.

Where is check-in & packet pick-up?

This event does not have an advance packet pick-up. You’ll check-in and get everything you need on the morning of the Pride Run. Check the schedule to see when check-in begins.  Full details will be sent to you in the Official Mobile Guide the week of the event.

Can I create a team with friends?

Yes! You can run The Pride Run as an individual, or you can Start your Own Team! While the run is fun for everyone, it’s especially awesome when you’re with your friends!

What is the entry fee?

The Pride Run events offer discounts for early registration. The earlier you register, the more you will save. You can view your event page for complete a complete pricing and deadline calendar.

Will there be a bag check?

Sorry. There is no bag check or holding station at The Pride Run events. If it can’t fit in your pocket, please don’t bring it. Also please exercise caution when bringing belongings, do not leave valuables in your car!

Where should I park?

Exact parking details are listed on each event page and in the Official Event Mobile Guide. Please exercise caution when street parking. Ride share is highly encouraged!

Will there be first aid available?

Yes. We have a stand-by ambulance at most events produced by Fathom, including The Pride Run.

What should I wear?

We encourage participants to wear their Pride Run T-shirt at the event … but it’s not mandatory if you choose to wear something more colorful ;). No open-toed shoes are allowed. Nudity or clothing with profanity, or any type of hate verbiage or suggested hate is strictly prohibited.

Yes, we offer both 5k and 10k heats. However, The Pride Run is for everyone of every ability. For most, it’s the enjoyment of taking part surrounded by like-minded and supportive people. The 1-mile walk is not timed.

Event Rules and Policies

SAFETY & GENERAL RULES

The following rules and guidelines will be enforced at each event. Participants and Spectators are expected to abide by all rules and guidelines including written and/or posted rules of Fathom Producers LLC, and the waiver and agreements they have signed. Participants and Spectators must abide by all instruction from Fathom staff, medical personnel, and event volunteers. Participants, Spectators, and Volunteers understand that some events are potentially dangerous and assume all responsibility for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of participating in or attending at an event produced by Fathom Producers.

Fathom Athletic Events
By participating in an event, Participants agree that they are the minimum required age. Participants understand that athletic events are potentially dangerous in nature and accept all inherent risks associated with the event. Participants should bypass any portion or request assistance when they feel like they are in a situation that could compromise their safety. Urinating or defecating on or near any event grounds or course is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement & Removal
Fathom Producers Crew and Staff and/or medical personnel reserves the right to remove any participant, spectator, or volunteer from the event for any reason. Fathom Producers medical personnel reserves the right to examine any guest/patron who appears to be injured.

 

REFUND POLICY

At events promoted or produced by Fathom Producers LLC, Ticket Holders, Participants, and Registrants (including spectators and donors) are not eligible to receive a refund for any reason, under any circumstance including, but not limited to: injury, scheduling conflict, event delay, event rescheduling or date changes, event modification or event cancellation. The additional online transactional (checkout convenience) fees, donations, spectator tickets, merchandise purchases, applicable taxes, or any other costs incurred in connection to the event are non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the nature of producing single-day events, we cannot offer refunds for event scheduling changes, postponements, or cancellations due to logistical difficulties or inclement weather.

Unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorism, extended waiting in lines, delayed event start, medical emergencies, traffic or parking issues, and public or private transportation issues, will not be grounds for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, performances, decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, delays in bar service or waiting in service lines, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, emergency closures of event, delayed commencement of event, early ending of event, amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, or visual line of sight to amenities such as fireworks or line of sight being impeded for performances.

The ticket holder is aware that the venue, programming, and performers are subject to change without notice, which is not grounds for a refund. The ticket holder is also aware that amenities included with ticket purchase are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, or celebrity guests. Changes such as those mentioned are not grounds for a refund.

Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder without a refund for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions.

If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, the promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If you do not attend the event, you are still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend event, you will not receive refund.

Due to the nature of producing single-day events, we cannot offer refunds for event scheduling changes, postponements, or cancellations due to logistical difficulties or inclement weather.  Policy Updated 01/01/2015

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

By entering the Fathom event site, Participants, Spectators, and Volunteers or any other persons at the event, agree and allow Fathom Producers to use and/or license others to use my name, photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of the participant of the event, edited or in original state of capture, for promotions, future productions, and advertising in events that may not depict the actual event that you attended.

Various aspects of this event, including, without limitation, behind the scenes and the attendees, fans, and crowd, may be recorded or reproduced by one or more methods, including but not limited to: still photography, film, audio tape, videotape, and digital recording (audio and audiovisual). By attending or working today, and in consideration of being permitted to attend, you:

#1. Consent to being photographed, filmed, taped, and recorded, and irrevocably release all Fathom Producers LLC, Festival Haus, DBAs, related brands; and all of their respective agents, affiliates, assignees, directors, employees, licensees, managers, officers, owners, and related entities) (hereinafter the “Producers”) from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or for infringement of any rights, and

#2 Expressly authorize and permit the Producers to use your name, voice, photograph, likeness, appearance, and performance, and all reproductions thereof, in all media (now known or hereafter devised) for all purposes throughout the universe in perpetuity, without any restrictions and without any compensation, payment, or obligation of any kind.

#3. Acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained your parents/guardians’ consent to enter this area and be bound by the terms set forth above.

DISCOUNT POLICY

All discount vouchers must be redeemed on the website of the event you will be attending, by registration date noted on the voucher. This allows Fathom Producers time to order your included items like t-shirts or other inclusions. If you do not register by the deadline, we are unable to guarantee a spot for you. To make sure you are correctly registered, visit the Registration Center and resend your confirmation email.  Note: Discount vouchers are non-transferable under any circumstances.

PRIVACY POLICY

This is a website owned by Festival Haus, the Music and Entertainment division of Fathom Producers LLC. Fathom Producers makes the Websites available for your use subject to all terms and conditions (“Terms”) set forth on the Websites, as may be amended from time to time.

By accessing the Websites, including, but not limited to, browsing, evaluating, downloading, purchasing or using any of the Website materials, products or services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms, this Privacy Policy and any applicable local laws. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Also, you may submit your email address to us for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: registering for a sweepstakes, contest or survey; requesting that we notify you of new brands, events or products; signing up for newsletters and special offers. If you submit your email address or phone number to us, we use it to deliver information to you.

What Charities are Supported?

How do I Support a Cause?

If you are signed-up as a participant, you can create your own Fundraising Page to raise money for a Pride Run cause of your choice. Just click here to create your fundraising page with Reason2Race.

Where do the raised funds go?

All participants are encouraged to create and share your personalized fundraising page amongst your personal network and on social media. We believe transparency in fundraising is important. Your entry fee is used for road closures, permits, and production costs associated with the event. 100% OF ALL donations and participant-raised funds on your Reason2Race go directly to benefit the cause of your choice. This money is NEVER touched by The Pride Run.
