The Pride Run Rules + Policies
Rules & Safety
The following rules and guidelines will be enforced at each The Pride Run™ event. Participants and Spectators are expected to abide by all rules and guidelines including written and/or posted rules of Fathom Producers LLC, and the waiver and agreements they have signed. Participants and Spectators must abide by all instruction from Fathom staff, medical personnel, and event volunteers. Participants, Spectators, and Volunteers understand that The Pride Run™ events are potentially dangerous and assume all responsibility for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of participating in or attending The Pride Run™.
The Pride Run Course
By participating at The Pride Run™, Participants agree that they are the minimum required age. Participants understand that The Pride Run™ is potentially dangerous in nature and accept all inherent risks associated with the event. Participants should bypass any portion or request assistance when they feel like they are in a situation that could compromise their safety. Urinating or defecating on or near the course is strictly prohibited, toilets will be located at the The Pride Run event base.
Enforcement & Removal
Fathom Producers™ and The Pride Run™ staff and/or medical personnel reserves the right to remove any participant, spectator, or volunteer from the event for any reason. The Pride Run™ medical personnel reserves the right to examine any participant who appears to be injured.
Photography & Media
By entering the The Pride Run™ event site, Participants, Spectators, and Volunteers or any other persons at the event, agree and allow The Pride Run to use and/or license others to use my name, photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of the participant of the event, edited or in original state of capture, for promotions, future productions, and advertising in events that may not depict The Pride Run™.
Refund Policy
Due to the logistics and nature of producing an event like The Pride Run™, registrants (including spectators and donors) are not eligible to receive a refund for any reason, under any circumstance including, but not limited to: injury, scheduling conflict, event delay, event rescheduling or date changes, or event modification. The additional online transactional (checkout convenience) fees, donations, spectator tickets, merchandise purchases, applicable taxes, or any other costs incurred in connection to the event are non-refundable.
Should your event change, and you not be able to participate for some reason, we are more than happy to provide you with a complimentary transfer to any other event, including the next one we produce in your city. We will also provide you with a discount code so your friends can join you at the future event.
Many components in producing large event assemblies must align for us to be able to produce an incredible experience. Our number one priority is providing you with an incredible experience.
Discount Voucher Policy
All discount vouchers must be redeemed on thepriderun.org by registration date noted on the voucher. This allows us time to order your included items like t-shirts or other inclusions. If you do not register by the deadline, we are unable to guarantee a spot for you. Discount vouchers through third parties are non-refundable. To make sure you are correctly registered, visit the Registration Center and resend your confirmation email. Note: Discount vouchers are non-transferable under any circumstances.
Privacy Policy
The Pride Run™ is a website owned by Fathom Producers LLC. Fathom Producers™ makes the Websites available for your use subject to all terms and conditions (“Terms”) set forth on the Websites, as may be amended from time to time.
By accessing the Websites, including, but not limited to, browsing, evaluating, downloading, purchasing or using any of the Website materials, products or services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms, this Privacy Policy and any applicable local laws. You waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of the Terms and the lack of signature by the parties. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Websites.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you provide it to us voluntarily by creating an online account, commenting on a message board, registering for an event, signing up to receive our emails, contacting our customer service team, participating in a sweepstakes, contest or survey, donating to one of our charity partners, applying for a job or otherwise communicating with us.
You also may give us permission to access your information on third party social media sites. For example, you may link your Facebook or Twitter account to our websites, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (e.g., your friends or contacts). The information we obtain from those services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to keep those updated with your preferred settings. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, phone number, zip code, billing address, and any other information you choose to provide.
We use your personal information to process your registration and provide you with the above-and-beyond customer service for which we are known. We use your personal information to organize and administer events and to provide results of events. In addition, in our constant effort to seek bottlenecks, we may use your personal information to improve the Websites’ content and layout, to improve our marketing efforts directed at new and existing customers and to determine general information about visitors to our websites.
We use your personal information to communicate with you about your event registration, such as to send you a confirmation email when you register for an event and updates relating to that specific event. Also, you may submit your email address to us for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to: registering for a sweepstakes, contest or survey; requesting that we notify you of new brands, events or products; signing up for newsletters and special offers. If you submit your email address to us, we use it to deliver information to you.
By registering for one of our events and providing us with your email address, you expressly agree that we may communicate with you in the following ways: (i) provide updates and information relating to the event for which you are registered; (ii) promote events that differ from the one for which you originally registered, whether produced by Fathom Producers™ or one of its affiliates, sponsors or partners; (iii) promote products that differ from those which you have purchased; (iv) provide Fathom Producers updates and information about Fathom events or brands; and (v) provide information about the Websites. We always permit you to opt out or unsubscribe from emails. However, if you opt out of receiving emails related to current event registrations, you may miss important information or changes relating to the event, for which Fathom Producers assumes no responsibility.
